I had a great experience. The service was great. My only opinion was that I wish they had the exact tires that i had on my car. However the tires that they put on were comparable to what i had. My car runs smoothly. I dont have any problems. I just need to keep it maintained.

Another SUPER Service at Groff's !! Took the Truck down for a oil change and check-up before the Winter. Had tires rotated, lube, fluids checked, usual stuff. Of course, while in the shop Groff's found a few things that needed attention. Parking brake was not holding - Go figure - I can't remember when was the last time I used it(parking brake). A few other small things and I'm out the door with NO Worries !! These guys are Excellent, professional at all levels of Service and Support. Quality services done right and with a Guarantee to boot. Always take me vehicles to groffs. The staff is friendly and always gives me an honest summary of my vehicle on whats needed replaced/fixed immediately or what can wait till a later time. Love that there's a shuttle so I'm not stuck waiting in the shop or asking anyone for a ride.
