Many years ago, I bought a truck. It was a nice truck that worked great, still does, and we wanted to keep the truck in good running condition since it was our only means of transportation. From our first visit to Groff's, almost 20 years ago, until our most recent visit a few weeks ago, no one else has taken care of our baby. On one visit I requested an oil change, among other things, and they called to advise me it didn't need an oil change as the truck hadn't been driven enough miles. When is the last time a mechanic refused your money? Besides the professional staff and expert service, they now extend the experience and courtesy by taking me home and picking me up when baby has to stay overnight. If I ever get a second car, I'll take that one there as well.

The price and service are great! They offer a military discount which is extremely appreciated. But the best part is the people working there they are friendly, personable and genuinely care about the customers. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for the service completed on my vehicle, I just love my explorer even though it has 250 k miles on it. I cannot buy a car for the money I have spent in repairs. Just got the thermostat housing and wheel bearing done. I now have heat and no more grinding in the front part of my vehicle. Thanks again for the awesome service.

Groff's Automotive is a trustworthy repair shop. The are quick, efficient, and honest. I took my wife's Jeep on for repair. During the inspection, the mechanic saw other safety issues. The mechanic showed me what needed to be replaced and explained why. I have struggled to find a mechanic I can trust. I am happy that I have Groff's to help me work out when I need to have major repair work completed to my car.

On somewhat of an emergency got me in and out in a timely manor.

The men at the desk were very friendly and didn’t try to nickel and dime me. They provider the service I asked for without trying to up-sell me which I appreciated.

They work on my Acura, Lexus and Ford. They are a complete center that is really in tune with their customer's needs.

Groffs Is awesome I wont take my car anywhere else. Just recently took my car down for an oil change and found out that there was some serious things wrong. If it wasnt for the mechanics at groffs I would of never known. There experienced they take there time out for each customer and they know there job and they do it well. Thanks Groffs!!
