I've been going to the big chain shops because i didnt know any local family owned shops. My jeep has been dealing with a mystery symptom. I've taken the jeep in for the same issues for a couple months now to the big chain shop. After spending a good amount of money for a recent repair there and being promised that the issue has been solved, ive had enough. It was not fixed. I person i work with and who i trust, told me about Groff. He swore that they will not rip me off and that they will find and fix the problem on the first try. After a quick search of the business and my friend telling me that they use to own jeeps, i scheduled an appointment and never looked back. They found and repaired the problem in 1 day while it took the other shop months with no repair. It is safe to say that i am now and will be a long time customer and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
