My next door neighbor, who was a master mechanic before he retired, recommended Groff's for some work I needed done. I've brought my car to them a few times now and they are always very professional and friendly. They don't try to do work that isn't needed and they are very fair. They diagnose the problem quickly and get the work done very promptly. As this is my only vehicle, that is very important to me. I recently had my passenger side window break and I couldn't roll it back up. Even though they didn't have any available appointments, they were able to squeeze me in and fix it the same day. I highly recommend Groff's and want to give a special thank you to Dave, Sam, and Brian for always making sure I'm taken care of.

It is rare to find a shop that actually cares about their customers, these guys do. They tend to all your needs and concerns quickly and don't give you any BS with repairs and pricing. They got me up and running again, super happy with the quality, I will us them again in the future. added bonus- They have a pretty kick a$$ commercial.

Very friendly and honest

Very professional and friendly shop- They fixed our car and even saved us some money . Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. P. S. They even have a shuttle , I took a Lyft to pick up the car when it was completed when I got there I realized they have a shuttle and could have came and got me ! What an awesome service to help customers out . Sam who was in the front office went above and beyond , very nice gentlemen.
