COLORADO SPRINGS AUTO REPAIR

I decided to take the car to Groff’s given they had previously changed the starter ( and the car isn’t always starting) . Brought the car in without a formal appointment (as they instructed). Car still has same issue and is going back to a different repair shop to be looked again. Felt like a money grab. I don’t feel like they made they the best effort. Told me tumble weeds could have knocked something loose.

They were very busy and booked-up for a couple of weeks, but still squeezed us in a couple of days later. Always very friendly and personable at Groff's. The price was a little high, but that's the nature of the industry.

Good and honest. Told me the things wrong by just looking at the car and gave me advice that saved me money. Thank you

I have had the best experience at this shop. Great guys and great work!!! Very clean and professional!! I appreciate the awesome communication. They take care of my vehicle like it's their own. I will only take my vehicle to this shop!! OMG! These guys are the BEST! I had a scary issue and they took care of me right away! I can't say enough about this shop and all the guys workin' their butts off here! I will only take my truck to Groff's!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Groffs. They are always honest about what's going on with my car. I've used them repeatedly for all my families vehicles and will continue!
