COLORADO SPRINGS AUTO REPAIR

Brought my vehicle to Groff's for a Brake job. It has been years since I've been to Groff's for service, don't remember why I decided to go elsewhere. But, after talking w/Dave(front desk) and looking around the shop - I'm sure I'll be coming back for more excellent work. They do the JOB RIGHT....Quality of work is very Professional, and Guaranteed, not like a lot of these chain shops with walk on mechanics and NO experience(anybody can turn a wrench) type of guys. I've been using Groff's for years. Great local business, they take excellent care of our needs and are forthright and helpful. I trust these folks with the vehicles that carry my family around; if you need a higher endorsement than that I don't know what it would be. :)

Very friendly n courteous guys..they found a cracked belt while doing an oil change. So grateful ..breaking down being a disabled elderly woman is never fun..

Don't go here. Deceitful employees, had some work done on my car they call me saying its done they tell me it'll be $110. I get down to the shop and suddenly it's $189. I try getting an explanation as to why and all they have to say is," well we can take the new one off and put the old one back on." And maybe its just my imagination but it seemed like after i took my car here the rest of my car started to break down.

Thanks again Dave and Groff's team for always taking care of my vehicles. Once again you've fit me in to get my truck running well and safe, letting me know what needs to be replaced and what can wait a bit longer. Moving my youngest son to Kansas to attend the University of Kansas and will know that my truck is road ready for the move and back. Thank you once again for being my go to repair shop, one that I trust.
