The workers there were beyond polite, from the moment I called to confirm the appointment to me driving my car off the parking lot. They kept in contact with me throughout the day on what they found and asked permission to fix whatever needed fixing. The courtesy shuttle service was awesome, got a free ride home! And the best part is, they found a $216 problem vs a $2820 problem that Audi wanted to charge me! My car runs great now and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you thank you thank you.

I had a electrical issue with my truck which is difficult to diagnose if a scanner can't detect it. GROFF'S was able to find and repair using the most efficient method. Very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I had the master brake cylinder and the oil pressure sensor replaced. I also had them check for engine oil leaks. They also changed the rear end oil. This was done at the Colorado Springs facility. The job was well done and the mechanic provided informative feedback on the procedures done.

Our Buick was having Cooling Issues, Groff's diagnosed the problem, gave us choices of how to go forward. Groff's had the repairs done right away and got us going.

Groff's is the most professional auto repair shop I have dealt with in Colorado Springs. The camshaft position sensor on my 95 Ranger was misbehaving and causing loss of power and could have led to catastrophic engine failure. Although they ran into problems in replacing the part and had to perform a lot of extra labor, they stuck to their quote. The repair took and extra day but they offered to get me home from Security to Manitou Springs when they discovered it would not be completed that day. Exceptional service, I would recommend them to anybody!

The team at Groff’s Went above and beyond to repair my 16 year old sons car for him. Our son lives in Colorado Springs with a billet family and is a goalie for Monument Hockey Academy, my husband and I live in Michigan. Our sons car needed an oil change, some bulbs in his headlights and a review of his system to make sure there were no problems. Groffs did all of this and made sure the car was in great shape for winter! Our son got the car back and the next day it started to have some trouble, we had it towed back to Groff’s and they did not even hesitate with backing up their work. There was NO mistake made on their part! After they made sure the car was in perfect working order they arranged to deliver it back to our sons house! Brian and his team are wonderful easy people to work with and made this mom who is 1000’s miles away from her son very comfortable with his transportation! Thank you for being so kind and helpful!
