Tried to get pricing over the phone. He didn’t take the time to listen to my issue I will be going elsewhere
We apologize for the experience Wade. No one should ever feel unimportant however, we do not typically do estimates over the phone as they aren't as specific and they should be. Pricing can be difficult if we can't see what the actual problem is and over the phone isn't always conducive for the customer. However, that's no excuse for any of our employees to not listen to a customer or give them the time they expect and deserve.
