Great and honest job

Our car was not salvageable but they were very curtious.

I can always depend on Groff's to take care of my car. Had it there for an oil change and new wiper blades and Brian the boss called me to inform me that the car needed a new Serpentine belt. So glad they check things out and take care of the problem, being a older single woman that is very much appreciated. I will always stay their loyal customer

Very friendly and upfront with prices. Gave understandable information and not too much mechanical jargon to confuse. Gave me a ride home free and offered pick up as well, although I didn't need it. WILL give them further business😊

Groff's is the only garage I will take my cars to when the repair is too complex for me to complete myself. I have been a customer of Groff's for nearly 20 years and I have referred many friends there. Unlike chain store mechanics like Christian Brothers, Meinke and Firestone, these guys are fair and only replace the parts you actually need. They will discuss the repair with you, patiently explaining what the problem is and what the repair will be. My wife even understands turbochargers now. This review is based on not only my history over the years but he excellent job they just completed on my 2013 Cruze, replacing the turbo. The car has not run as well as it is now for at least 20K miles. (it has just under 119K on it now. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone and I never leave a 5 start review (well I guess I did just leave one)

I recently had a transmission fail in my truck that had 227k miles on it. The good folks at Groff's helped us out with no questions asked; even though they were a mechanic down. This is my first time using Groff's and I'm certainly pleased with how professional, courteous and friendly they were. You can bet that I'll be using them again and if you need a great automotive mechanic to work on your vehicle; Groff's is the shop you need to call.
