Groffs team got vehicle taken in and care of before we went out of state For trip. I had some trouble otw and had to get some work done and groffs made sure we were taken care of in every way and love the customer service and work provided. Car runs great now and all Is well and we were able to See family for holiday. Thanks again Groffs team. Happy new year

Tried to get pricing over the phone. He didn’t take the time to listen to my issue I will be going elsewhere

We apologize for the experience Wade. No one should ever feel unimportant however, we do not typically do estimates over the phone as they aren't as specific and they should be. Pricing can be difficult if we can't see what the actual problem is and over the phone isn't always conducive for the customer. However, that's no excuse for any of our employees to not listen to a customer or give them the time they expect and deserve. Thank you for your honest review and we will work closely with our service writers to ensure top notch customer relations whether in person, or on the phone.

Awesome service by the front office, especially Jamie who always told me everything that was going on, both good and bad. The part and maintenance took longer than expected but Mike made sure the part was up to par and in no way was the delay the companies fault. Excellent all the way around and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs great service.

Have had some extensive work done on my F150 Ford. All work has been completed on time and at the estimated cost. Mike is excellent at discovering unseen problems. I am extremely satisfied with their service.
