Worst experience of my life. I let them work on a widely known vehicle that’s been around for for 30 years and should have been an easy job. I got up charged for shotty work. I was recommended from a friend to get work down but I am amazed that Geoff can conduct business this way. I had my truck brake down not even 100 miles after their work and it lost all its coolant. The tech forgot to tighten the clamp and had a hose blow off. What’s even better is instead of apologizing about the bad experience and awful work I got treated with I quote “You will be paying a bill today.” Thanks for adding another 150 bucks on top of a 1800 dollar repair. They wonder why people hate shops this is why. How about do the right thing?

We take situations like this seriously, especially anything involving a breakdown after a repair. We've taken the time to review our records and havent been able to locate an invoice or visit that matches this situation, but we want to make sure nothing is being missed. If this was work completed at our shop and something like this ocurred, we absolutely want to make it right. We stand behind our work, and this is not how we operate or treat our customers. (I'm updating my review because the new owner reached out and personally delivered a refund check. He was kind, apologetic and sincere.) Was not informed of additional diagnostic charges when truck was dropped off. When picking up truck was charged additional fees and then asked to sign for extra charges. After being overcharged for diagnostic fees was then given a horrifically exorbitant bid. Then found out actual diagnosis was incorrect. Fortunately we didn't use Groff's for repairs because their prices are grossly above other places we contacted. They wanted over $1240. to repair our oil pan gasket. After looking we found numerous other mechanics for hundreds less(even the local BigO was only $800). By NOT using Groff's we literally saved 2 grand. After overpaying for the diagnosis I'm so relieved we chose another mechanic because we would have paid $915 for a steering sensor we didn't need and IF we did our new mechanics price for the same sensor would have been $430. I'm salty we were over charged for a bad over priced diagnostic but grateful we did not use Groff's for the work. We saved so much going elsewhere. Would definatly NOT recommend. We were charged $249.46 for a diagnosis that created an almost 3k bid which was not accurate and way inflated pricing.Save yourself time and money. Groff's was a big waste of time money and accuracy. We sure saved a lot going somewhere else.

Always prompt service, amazing customer service and support. Dave was great at getting me for service on my car. The mechanics quickly diagnosed and tell me exactly what was wrong and cost of repairs. They have done all the work since my car was bought.

Had serpentine belt replaced,transmission service ,radiator flush and fill,oil change.great people at this shop.cleanest repair shop I have been in.been going there for about 30yrs

Thanks Groff’s! Needed to get mom’s car in and fixed asap and you did it. Helped with towing recommendations and communication regarding the fix was great the entire process. In and out within hours and the staff (Dave) was awesome! The shop & office are sooo clean and we appreciate the care. Gilham/Godsey family will not hesitate to come back for car care needs.
