My husband brought our Jeep in for an oil change and a fix for our oil leak that they recommended to us during the last oil change. We paid $1500.00 for multiple services and the oil leak is even worse than when we brought it in. We called to let them know what was going on and we either had to bring it in that day or wait 2 weeks to a month for them to look at it. We rushed it over and they proceeded to tell us “oh, you need a new motor.” How did we have less of a leak before they touched? Also, it was leaking oil from the exact same spot. I’ve now told people about our experience and they told me they will never use Groff’s. They don’t seem to care about quality work or the customer experience. The fun part is we now get to clean the ridiculous amount of oil off of our driveway. My main concern is what did they do to our vehicle while it was in their possession. They told us that the Jeep was in great mechanical condition when we brought it in to them. Maybe the EPA will shut them down for improper use of oil. If you respond that you cannot find us in your system, I will upload receipts from our original visit to the last visit for you to review.

Groff's is the only place I will take my car for care that I am not equipped to handle myself. They are friendly, professional, and most importantly, they get the job done right, the first time.
