I had new shocks & struts put on the car. They were flexible in getting me scheduled - and timely and efficient in getting the job done. Their shuttle service is reliable and the garage is very clean. Everyone is professional and friendly! So happy we found Groff's ... moving around in the military community, its not always easy to find a garage you can trust. May 7th took my car into Groff's on Hancock in the Springs for 6 months check up. Mike called me later and recommended that I get new struts in front and shocks in back, because I knew that Mike wouldn't have told me this unless I really needed them. Mike and Brian has always been very honest and up front with me about my car maintenance and their cost for parts and labor are very fair. So of course I gave Mike the go ahead to do the struts and shocks for once again I knew it would be done right the first time and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. So beyond grateful I found out about Groff's a few years back!!!! So if you haven't try out Groff's on Hancock give them a call or better, stop by you won't be sorry!

They had great customer service. I took my car in and there was a must take in parts but they got it fixed right away and I didn't have to wait for my car. They personally delivered my car to my house. I would highly recommend Groffs to everyone.

$5,000 estimate from the dealership was solved by a less than $600 repair by Brian and Mike. Need a mechanic you can TRUST? These are the guys.
