I don't know why I hadn't taken my Jeep in to Groffs sooner. After taking it to the dealership 4 separate times only to keep having the same problem. Groffs took the time to find the problem and fix it. The cost was very reasonable and the staff is so friendly. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Over priced and told me to be there with my car at 8:30. Stupid me, I guess, thought it was an appointment. No one bothered to tell me my car would be there ALL DAY!!! I called about progress of my diagnostic but got the feeling that the more $$$ they'll make, the faster your car gets done. I was told they don't make appointments. Would have been nice to know this BEFORE I left my car there. I had things to do. I WILL NOT be going there again.
